Matthew Dunn

Matthew brings an experience base combining a background in Fortune 100 corporate training, interpersonal influence, and work with business leaders, entrepreneurs and executives. He worked in the corporate arena as a National Corporate Training Manager for Best Buy, where he designed and implemented the first Management Certification program in the company’s history for Sales. Matthew then went to work for Anthony Robbins as a Master Coach and Trainer, gaining extensive experience in interpersonal influence, coaching, seminars, and becoming a Founding Coach of the Coaching Division. 

He then founded his own company, integrating his corporate knowledge and one-on-one interpersonal skills to help organizations create practical behavioral change and performance in sales and leadership, as well as providing Executive Coaching to business leaders. Matthew next joined National Orthodontics Management as Vice-President of Strategic Development.  He handled strategic operations, key corporate initiatives, and training and team development for the multi-state orthodontic company.

Matthew is now Vice President of Client Development for the National Association of Sales Professionals, where he works with companies in helping their leaders and team create lasting shifts and performance, clarify vision and business goals, align culture and performance, and create powerful influence based sales teams and leaders.
