Delenor Wilson Jr. started his professional career serving 8 years in the United States Army as a Signal Support Systems Sergeant. He first took interest in expanding his leadership ability when he attended Ranger School. Even though he didn't graduate from the course, more importantly, he was able to take his experiences and formulate a no excuse attitude, thus founding the FIFSTAR brand.

As President of FIFSTAR ICT he helps businesses that desire a worry-free IT infrastructure that allows the leadership and staff to focus on managing the business rather than managing their IT systems.
