Darla Sees has extensive experience with mentoring and coaching leaders to be successful in the workplace and in their daily lives. With 20+ years in Human Resources, she has supported hundreds of managers to succeed in their leadership roles within their company.

Darla is the owner of Sees HR Consulting where she specializes in working with small to medium-sized businesses and uses an approach which delivers executive coaching to the leadership team, group coaching to all leaders, and experiential learning workshops with the team. She utilizes a proven transformational model to foster organizational growth.

Darla began her career as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor and a Licensed Social Worker. After years of counseling, she returned to school and obtained her Master’s of Science in Human Resources Management as well as a Professional in Human Resources and Society of Human Resources Management – Certified Professional. Darla and her husband live in Cedar Park and have two daughters. In her spare time (given she’s not following her daughters all over town), Darla trains for her 2nd-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
