While at Apple, Chris developed matrices to develop and train existing staff

and redeployed the existing team members to other critical job functions.

responsible for the day to day operations of 150 employees and a fleet of
130 trucks. During his tenure, gross sales increased from $10 million to $17.5_
million. During his tenure at Roto-Rooter, Chris reduced turnover from 412% to 97%, which was below the industry standard. By implementing hiring, training, and
quality control standards, he was able to reverse the losses of one of the
franchises and return it to profitability, resulting in a 50% increase in revenue.
He successfully negotiated and navigated the sale of the company back to the
parent company, Roto-Rooter Inc.
