The Paradox of Potential
Having “high potential” does not mean performing at maximum capability. While many believe they are doing all they can, a huge number of professionals are frustrated because they and their teams are coming up short of expectations. Some have become paralyzed from taking risks by the fear of failure, while others are not sure what is holding them back. Thom Singer has surveyed hundreds of people and the feedback is stunning that the majority of people are confident they should be having greater success in their career.

Companies in all sectors have employees who have reached a plateau or have become stuck in the “high middle”. There is a very real gap between potential and results, and Thom wants to show everyone paths to doing more at any stage of their career.

Beyond excuses and finger-pointing, this interactive presentation gets to the heart of how people view their potential and ways to accomplish more while enjoying their work. For decades companies have been identifying and training their “high potential” employees, but these individuals are not always growing into the organization’s future leaders. There is a clear paradox around potential.

The “future of work” is about more than telecommuting and stand up desks. Finding ways to embrace passion, plans and the people around you is key to long term success. Those who are focused on goal setting, realistic assessments, teamwork, successful human engagement, cross-selling, and other skills will help their company reach the highest potential and be more fulfilled in their jobs.

This gap is true for individuals and organizations. It is common to see a startup or established company with high levels of potential, only to later witness it being shut down. While it is not possible to achieve full potential (as once you get there, new opportunities will appear that create more opportunity), the constant struggle to bridge the gap will not happen by accident. Nobody should be comfortable relying on luck as the answer to their future.

From Common Hour Thinking To Brave Thinking
Best selling author and renowned Life Coach Bob Proctor says "Most people are not going after what they want. Even some of the most serious goal seekers and goal setters, they're going after what they think they can get." In other words, they're using common hour thinking to achieve what they think they can have. Common hour thinking is based on what our circumstances and conditions say we can do. We make decisions about what we believe is possible, based on what our history says we can do, what our education says we can do, or what other people around us say we can do. Even though we may wish for something more, we keep creating the same results and living the same life based on this way of thinking. And our current results are a reflection of our current way of thinking. To create new results, we're going to have to do some things differently and think in new ways.

If you're ready to create something new and make this the year that you improve your health and fitness, find the love of your life, take your business to the next level, travel more, or increase the amount of money in your life, this highly valuable workshop will help you do just that! You'll leave with greater clarity on the changes you want to make and a vision for the results you want to create. You'll also be equipped with some brave thinking tools and strategies to help you achieve what you want based on what you'd love vs what you think you can do.

Help Leaders Plan Seeds to Cultivate Growth
Leadership is arguably the most important business skill of all. It impacts virtually every aspect of the business — and has a direct influence on your company’s bottom-line performance.

Leadership is a competitive advantage in today’s marketplace. Leaders need the skills to gain the trust of their teams and the confidence of their clients. Effective leadership involves moving others toward a shared and defined vision that results in accomplished goals.

It is widely accepted that success lies in employees who are engaged and who have a clear understanding of the mission and vision of their organization. Research states that some of the top areas of training employees desire to involve leadership, team building, quality improvement and problem-solving.

Empowered employees are successful employees. Successful leadership is a true advantage in today’s marketplace. Leaders have certain traits, such as a compelling vision, emotional intelligence, the ability to listen and inspire, and confidence in themselves and their ability to take risks. Yet, becoming a leader who is effective can seem daunting. There must be a strategic plan in place that sets the vision and provides the steps necessary to succeed.

Blogs explain why your product or service is the best fit. Blogs allow for tracking. Blogs help inspire sales. Blogs increase SEO.
Blogs need strategic planning and process. This workshop takes you step-by-step through the blogging process. Dawn uses this process for her clients, no matter what they sell, to help them make connections with their audiences. You'll walk away from this workshop understanding how to —

Interactive Brand Strategy Workshop for Entrepreneurs
When consumers think of Tesla, they think of innovation. Starbucks evokes feelings of consistency and quality. How would a customer describe your brand?

Building a successful brand doesn’t start with visuals but with a brand strategy. Brand strategy is the base of every brand, and by building a brand strategy you can determine how your company is positioned, how it is perceived by others, who it attracts, how it can stay consistent and memorable, and how it can grow.

This session will be held in a workshop style where every business owner will work on developing their own brand strategies step-by-step. We will cover brand positioning, brand attributes & voice, target profiles, content strategy, brand colors & fonts, logos, and websites.

The workshop will help you identify and analyze your true competitors and create your own positioning statement that will make your business stand out from the crowd._

We will work together to create a custom user profile that includes characteristics about where your customers live, how old they are, how they feel when interacting with your business… and most importantly: where you can find them.

We will also identify the unique brand attributes of your company and use them to establish consistency and trust with your target market.

In order to scale your business, your brand simply needs to be memorable! Kay Dee will guide you, and by the end of the workshop, you will know exactly how to connect your brand with your target market.

Toot Your Own Horn: How Advocating for Yourself Drives Revenue
We're taught to be humble, kind, and gracious (especially women) - which can sometimes come at the expense of advocating for ourselves and our businesses. It doesn't have to be one or the other. We can be all those things and proud of who we are and what we do. Actively advocating for ourselves gets our business name in the spotlight, and that attracts customers. Find ways to assert your professional voice in a way that gets you noticed and increases your bottom line.

Goals: Attendees will be able to identify a number of resources and forums for getting their business recognized. Attendees will learn tips for "saying no to all those marketing opportunities" and converting them instead into revenue dollars. Attendees will learn to be their own cheerleader and pitch themselves in a way that makes folks want to listen and support them.
